We are looking for a motivated Store Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Munich Pasing, starting immediately.
Your main responsibilities:
- Providing active, passionate and personalised advice to our customers to create an outstanding shopping experience
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Ensuring excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Representing our company as a brand ambassador
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team
- Taking responsibility for staff scheduling
- Managing and analysing key business figures
- Handling cash register activities
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally within the fashion/textile sector
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Enthusiasm for fashion and quality
- German language skills at B2 level
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and leadership experience
- High motivation and flexibility regarding working hours
- Excellent organisational skills and strong numerical understanding
- Good PC skills and English language skills
