Good things take time

Good news first: As part of the extension of the U5 subway line, Pasing will get its own subway station! This will make it even easier for you to reach us in the future, although it will still take a few years.

Unfortunately, the construction work also means changes for drivers. To make enough space for the subway construction site, Josef-Felder-Straße will be reduced to one lane in each direction. This also affects access to our parking garage.

The affected area is the entrance and exit at Josef-Felder-Straße / Nordumfahrung. From February 17, 2024, it will be operated as a one-way street for the entire duration of the construction, meaning that vehicles can only enter and exit by turning right.

HOW TO REACH PASING ARCADEN COMFORTABLY

Heading out of town
You can no longer turn left from Josef-Felder-Straße into our parking garage. We therefore recommend using the Offenbachstraße parking garage entrance, which is unaffected by the construction.

To do this, drive straight on Landsberger Straße at the intersection of Landsberger Straße / Josef-Felder-Straße / Am Knie until the next traffic light. Turn right onto Offenbachstraße. The parking garage entrance will be on the left at the next traffic light.

If you accidentally enter Josef-Felder-Straße out of habit, there is a turnaround point further ahead at Emil-Neuburger-Straße, available until summer.

Heading into town
Heading into town, you can still access the parking garage from Josef-Felder-Straße as usual. The traffic light will be decommissioned in mid-March, allowing direct entry into the garage without waiting. Please watch out for pedestrians and cyclists when turning.

When exiting, you will now have to turn right. After 500 meters towards Am Knie, there is a turnaround point—use the left lane to reach it.

KEY CHANGES AT A GLANCE

  • Josef-Felder-Straße heading into town: When exiting the parking garage, you must turn right. A newly built turnaround point is available 500 meters ahead.

  • Heading out of town from Landsberger Straße / Am Knie: Please use the Offenbachstraße parking garage entrance.

  • The Offenbachstraße entrance remains unchanged; only the turning lane on the Landsberger Straße side is extended.
