Here’s how the lending process works:

Install and register the app : Download the “ sigo App ” and create a user account.

Start the rental : Open the app, scan the QR code on the front wheel and take the bike as soon as a signal sounds.

Temporary parking : Close the frame lock manually. It can be reopened at any time via the app. The rental continues in the meantime.

Return : At the same station, slide the wheel backwards into the holder until it clicks into place.
