Cookie Couture was founded in 2022 by a group of friends who share a passion for delicious cookies. Their goal was to bring the beloved American-style cookies to Europe and combine them with the refinement of French patisserie and the traditional craftsmanship of German baking. After more than a year of intensive development and over 1,000 baking trials, they perfected their recipes and opened their first store in Ehrenstraße in Cologne in 2023.
The Cookie Couture concept is defined by oven-fresh, still-warm cookies that are individually decorated in front of the customers’ eyes. These palm-sized cookies are soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, and topped with cool cream and other fresh ingredients.
The success in Cologne led to the opening of the first franchise store in Stuttgart in 2024. Today, there are 10 stores across Germany, including locations in Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich. Further openings are already planned to continue the success story.
