The menu is inspired by the streets of Québec and the famous Canadian poutine. Poutine? Instead of the usual ketchup or mayo, these fries are topped with exciting sauces and creative toppings. Fresh ingredients and sauces made without additives or flavour enhancers stand for a more conscious way of enjoying food.
